Basha DPM Army Basha A dpm basha can be a waterproof canvas or plastic sheet with eyelets or loops along the outside edge. Bashas can be used when camping, outdoor, or in military situations to provide shelter, shade, camouflage, as the army basha forms a portable overhead cover or tent or groundsheet. Most often supported with bungee cords or purlon attached to trees. Bashas should be lightweight enough to be quickly erected and camouflaged in a pattern suitable to their terrain.
